The Benevolence ministry strives to share God’s love by maintaining a caring, confidential program of providing aid to our neighbors. Are you in a challenging financial situation? Come to the church office, and we will do our best to help you. We have firm, but very fair, rules for helping people financially. Because some people are not familiar to us, we remember Hebrews 13:2, “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.

How to Help:
During our communion time, love offerings are left at the communion rail. These offerings support our Benevolence fund.
Donations can be made to assist the Benevolence program. Checks should be made payable to Hermitage UMC and specify that your donation is for the Benevolence program. Deliver it to the church office or place it in the collection basket.
